Passion for figures and IT

In over 30 years of professional experience, I have built up extensive knowledge in the areas of finance / controlling and in the implementation of IT / ERP systems. My professional career has been characterized by many years in a management position as CFO / Commercial Director in a medium-sized industrial company and as a management consultant in the finance and IT / ERP environment. I was also able to gain valuable experience abroad, which broadened my understanding of international business processes and country-specific differences.

I am just as familiar with financial statements, margin analysis, KPI definition, cash flow calculation and much more as I am with the management of international ERP and organizational projects.
